Service Description

The gallery space can comfortably fit up to 24 people. Schedule it for group activities or meetings! There are 9 tables that you can adjust to fit your needs, and a beautiful mural by SLC artist Clay G. There is a recommended sliding scale $5-$50 rental fee, which you can pay via cash or card at the store or via Venmo or PayPal. As part of renting the meeting room, the organizers are responsible for setting up the room, and putting it back in order after the event. That includes moving chairs, tables, etc. The bathroom and entryways should not be blocked with any changes in the room. If you require set up from the UTU team, please consider an increased donation for the cost of labor. Please note that unless agreed upon in advance, you cannot book this room to sell your goods or services. If you are interested in hosting a popup at the store, please visit undertheumbrellabookstore.com/consignment-wholesale-popups There is a $5 NONREFUNDABLE fee to reserve the space. After fees, we get like 30 cents. If you are able, the sliding scale cost for the use of the room is $5-$50. You can pay with card or cash in person or Venmo/PayPal @UTUBookstore.
