Book Meeting Room

Service Description

Meeting room 1 seats 8-12 people. It is a private meeting space with a beautiful mural created by SLC artist HALO. There is an air purifier and separate heating controls in the room. There is a $5 NONREFUNDABLE fee to reserve the space. After fees, we get like 30 cents. If you are able to contribute more, the suggested sliding scale cost for the use of the room is $5-$20 per hour. You can pay with card or cash in person or Venmo/PayPal @UTUBookstore. If $5 an hour is a barrier for you and your group, please reach out to us directly. As part of renting the meeting room, the organizers are responsible for setting up the room, and putting it back in order after the event, that includes moving chairs, tables, etc. The bathroom and entryways should not be blocked with any changes in the room. If you require set up from the UTU team, please consider an increased donation for the cost of labor. Is your event open to the public?
