About the Event
Come join us in celebrating Palestinian Tatreez embroidery, create your own cross-stitch embroidery piece with the help of stitchers Elisha and Miyuki, and connect with others who want to create art as resistance for collective liberation.
Drop in at the Umbrella Cafe any time between 2 - 5 p.m. and stay as little or long as you like! RSVP is strongly encouraged to help guage supply needs.
@artistaelisha and @sleepyjapanesey.art have been doing embroidery/cross stitching for a few years and can't wait to teach others.
Suggested donation is $5 to cover supply costs. Donation is not required if this is a barrier to participation.
