About the Event
This national one-day party held the last Saturday in April celebrates independent bookstores across the country online and in-store. Through exclusive books and literary items, contests, cupcakes, and everything in between, it’s a party you don’t want to miss!

- Indie Exclusive swag! We have a limited number of tote bags, puzzles, stickers, bookmarks, and more!
- We've hidden a Golden Ticket somewhere in the store for a lucky audiobook lover to find. Find the Golden Ticket and get 12 free audiobooks from Libro.fm!
- Make a purchase and spin our prize wheel!
- We've partnered with 20+ other Indie bookstores in Utah for a bookstore crawl to celebrate Indie Bookstore Day. Pick up a free map at any of our stores on Saturday, April 29, to get started. Visit all 22 listed on the map and bring it back to UTU by December 30, 2023, and you'll get a queer surprise!
