Under the Umbrella Bookstore is excited to host Fat & Queer Yoga with Andrea Bolívar of Expansively Aligned every Saturday morning at 10 in our gallery space before the bookstore opens for browsing.

Andrea (they/them) is a Yoga teacher, anti-diet spaceholder, artist, and spiritual being.  Their practice is a space for all to celebrate their expansive existence, while centering fat and queer bodies and their lived experiences.

Our Saturday morning practices are gentle yoga flows for all skill levels. It focuses on empowering queer & fat folks to feel safe as we play with embodiment & movement practices, as well as celebrate taking up space. Masks are required in the space throughout practice.
