Gay Men's Book Club January

This book club is primarily for gay men but anyone is welcome to attend! We meet on the third Wednesday of each month (excluding holiday weeks). Bring a friend and feel free to check out the group even if you haven't read the book! We vote on book selections about 1-3 months in advance.  Following our book discussion we usually go to dinner together, but this is optional.

Cost: The book club is free, but you may bring a small contribution towards the cost of the room reservation at Under the Umbrella.  COVID Precautions: It is a requirement for both the bookstore and the book club to wear a mask while in the store.

About the Book

A thoughtful and endearing gay YA romance set in a bakery

Now that high school is over, Ari is dying to move to the big city with his ultra-hip band, if he can just convince his dad to let him quit their struggling family bakery.
